On Monday, Franklin Road Academy got the win against Nashville Christian by a conclusive 3-0.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Franklin Road Academy took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-8, 25-9.

Franklin Road Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ren Spencer, who had 20 assists and five aces. Spencer has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 35 times she's played. Savannah Sullivan was another key player, getting 14 digs and two aces.
They weren't the only good server: Franklin Road Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 20 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in ten consecutive games.
Meanwhile, The Webb School came up short against Middle Tennessee Christian on Thursday, falling 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-6, 25-4.
The Webb School's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Franklin Road Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-3.
