Culleoka pushed their score all the way to 62 last Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were the victim of a tough 85-62 loss at the hands of Huntland. Culleoka has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Moore County's four-game losing streak dating back to last season came to an end on Tuesday. They took down Forrest 54-40. The victory was just what Moore County needed coming off of a 83-39 loss in their prior matchup.
Culleoka bumped their record down to 3-4 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Moore County, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Things could have been worse for Culleoka, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 70-54 loss to Moore County when the teams last played back in December of 2022.
