Kiona-Benton lost a heartbreaker the last time they played College Place, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's matchup. The Bears blew past the Hawks 13-5 on Thursday. Considering the Bears have won seven games by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Kiona-Benton now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for College Place, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kiona-Benton will challenge Naches Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for College Place, they will square off against Montesano at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
