Denbigh Baptist Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Rylee Stewart, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stewart has scored all season. Tori Carr was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with three steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Denbigh Baptist Christian struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Isle of Wight Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Denbigh Baptist Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
