The Pebblebrook Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Carrollton Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Pebblebrook came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past East Coweta 79-59.
Meanwhile, Carrollton fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against the Spartans on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 77-68 to the Spartans.
Pebblebrook's win bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Carrollton, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.
Pebblebrook skirted past the Trojans 55-53 in their previous meeting back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pebblebrook since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
