Meanwhile, Camden Catholic pushed their score all the way to 56 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Middle Township at home by a decisive 74-56 margin. While losing is never fun, Camden Catholic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while the Panthers are ranked tenth).
East Side's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Camden Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-9.
