Cocke County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyler Hayes, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds. Hayes is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Fine, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Cocke County's victory bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Cosby, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.
Cocke County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-47 loss vs. David Crockett on the 8th. Cosby has also already played their next game, a 63-49 loss against Chuckey-Doak on the 8th.
