St. Mary's Springs waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 46-42 victory over the Kiel Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Ledgers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

St. Mary's Springs' win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Kiel, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Mary's Springs will square off against Lomira at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Lomira has won three straight at home, while St. Mary's Springs won eight straight on the road dating back to last season), something that'll have to change. As for Kiel, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kewaskum at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
