When it comes to explaining why Douglas lost, one person who can't be blamed is Caden Thacker. Despite the final result, he scored 20 points along with 4 steals. Thacker scored a full 42.6% of Douglas' points, the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jeremiah Pitts was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Twelve Bridges, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.
