Waterloo dropped their record down to 12-8 on Thursday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 18-0 to the Haverling Rams. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tigers have suffered since May 9th.

As for Haverling, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games.

For Haverling's part, Caydence Spears was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Lane Prescott, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Haverling, they will be playing at home against Wellsville at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Lions will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight.
