In what's become a running theme this season, the Heritage Christian Eagles gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They claimed a resounding 57-6 victory over Greenville Christian at home. The win was nothing new for Heritage Christian as they're now sitting on three straight.
Heritage Christian found their leader in underclassman Deanna Montgomery, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Montgomery has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ali Orchard, who scored five points along with seven steals.
Heritage Christian is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Greenville Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
