Tri-Center had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 16-3 margin over the AHSTW Vikings. Considering the Trojans have won seven matches by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Tri-Center's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for AHSTW, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Looking ahead, Tri-Center will take on Woodbury Central at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Trojans 3.9, the Wildcats 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for AHSTW, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-3 loss against Underwood on the 27th.
