Last Tuesday, Calhoun was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 47-42 to Ingleside. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Calhoun in their matchups with Ingleside: they've now lost three in a row.
Meanwhile, Tuloso-Midway came up short against Alice on Tuesday and fell 45-35.
Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Tuloso-Midway, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.
