Meanwhile, Grace Christian earned  an  11-7 victory over Hicks  on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by  exactly four  runs.
 Rylee Guillot spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned  (and two unearned) runs on 11 hits.
 At the plate, Grace Christian let  Bella Acree and  Chloe Courtright run wild. Acree  went 2-for-4 with three  stolen bases and two  runs, while  Courtright  went 1-for-2 with three  RBI and one  run. Those  three  RBI gave  Courtright a new career-high.  Wynnlee Vincent was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Grace Christian pushed their record up to 22-9 with the  win, which was their seventh straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.9 runs over those games. As for Quitman, their win bumped their record up to 21-10.
 Everything went Quitman's way against Grace Christian in their previous meeting  back in March of 2015, as Quitman made off with  a  17-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
