While Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit's win against El Primero wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions had just enough and edged out the Lobos 3-2 on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Lobos recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 13-25, 25-13, 22-25, 25-19, 15-8.

The win got Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit back to even at 6-6. As for El Primero, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
