Lucas waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Willard Crimson Flashes by a score of 6-3.

Xavier Hall was excellent, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double. Rayden Caudill was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Lucas' win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Willard, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Lucas is taking a road trip to take on Clear Fork at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Willard, they will welcome Port Clinton at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
