Meanwhile, South Beauregard was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 57-53 to Lake Charles College Prep. South Beauregard has struggled against Lake Charles College Prep recently, as their match on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
St. Louis Catholic's record is now 12-6. South Beauregard's record now sits at 12-10.
