Cedartown barely beat Ridgeland the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs' defense stepped up to hand the Panthers  a   3-0 shutout  on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Cedartown, who have now won six matchups by three  goals or more  so far this season.
 Julianna Segura and  Kristina Diaz scored all three of Cedartown's goals,  bringing their combined season tally to 31 goals.
Cedartown is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 14  goals over those four  games. As for Ridgeland, they dropped their record down to 3-15 with the  defeat, which was their eighth straight  on the road.
