They have struggled against Douglas County West recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Jase Ostblom and Wade Powles certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Ostblom scored ten points, while Powles scored nine points.
Douglas County West got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nolan Asher out in front who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and four blocks. Drake Travis was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals and two blocks.
Louisville's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Douglas County West, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.
Louisville will head out on the road to face off against Yutan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nebraska (Yutan is ranked 145th, while Louisville is ranked 154th). As for Douglas County West, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Syracuse on Tuesday.
