With a playoff win on the line, Tri-State Crusaders rose to the challenge  on Saturday. They strolled past the Dugger Union Bulldogs with  points to spare, taking the game  36-22. The  win continues a trend for the King's Crusaders in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.
Tri-State Crusaders found their leader in sophomore  Rylan Kolb, who rushed for 173 yards and a pair of  touchdowns on only 14 carries. Kolb's longest rush was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.  Kylen Zimmerman was another key player, rushing for 79 yards and one  TD on only ten carries.
 One reason for the win was Tri-State Crusaders' imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for 3.5 sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess:  Zimmerman,  Dj Graber,  and  Layton Kolb, who each picked up one  sack apiece.
