Charlotte Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Marshall Nicholson, who scored 19 points along with 7 rebounds. The game was Nicholson's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Terence Guess, who scored 15 points.
Charlotte Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Jackson Day, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
Charlotte Christian will square off against Forsyth Country Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Forsyth Country Day knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven games -- so hopefully Charlotte Christian likes a good challenge. As for Jackson Day, they will look to defend their home court on December 11th against Providence Classical at 12:00 p.m.
