There's no place like home for the Moore Mustangs, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 76-58 victory over North Bullitt on Friday. That 76-58 margin sets a new team best for Moore this season.
Jonathan Thomas continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. Thomas also pulled down eight+ rebounds for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dayvone Harrison, who scored 18 points along with three steals.
Moore pushed their record up to 2-3 with that win, which was their third straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.33 points. As for North Bullitt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
Moore will head out on the road to face off against Evangel Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Evangel Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Moore in Kentucky (Evangel Christian is ranked tenth, while Moore is ranked 172nd). As for North Bullitt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Southern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
