Little River Academy got a great performance from Slade Schwake as he didn't allow a single hit, allowed only an earned run while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched.
On the hitting side, Cylar Fuentes was a standout: he scored four runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. He is becoming a predictor of Little River Academy's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 0-5 when he doesn't).
