Whitinsville Christian has been on the road for two straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the St. Bernard's Central Catholic Bernardians at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, Whitinsville Christian lost to the Blue Raiders on the road by a decisive 57-43 margin.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Caleb Deters, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zeke Plantinga, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, St. Bernard's Central Catholic's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 73-42 loss at the hands of Bay Path RVT.
Whitinsville Christian's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for St. Bernard's Central Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
Whitinsville Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Bernardians in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 55-51 victory. Will Whitinsville Christian repeat their success, or do the Bernardians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
