Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Sidney, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past Walton 16-3 on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Team in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won five in a row.
Quinton Beckwith made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Everything went Bainbridge-Guilford's way against Sidney in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Bainbridge-Guilford made off with a 14-4 win. Will the Bobcats repeat their success, or do the Team have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
