Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cedar Crest). They walked away with a 66-53 victory over the Lebanon Cedars on Friday. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Cedars are ranked 293rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cedar Crest pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lebanon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Cedar Crest and Steelton-Highspire will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Steelton-Highspire's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. As for Lebanon, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Governor Mifflin at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
