After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wenatchee, Sunnyside was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Davis Pirates as they made off with a 22-2 win. The Grizzlies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by ten runs or more this season.

Sunnyside's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 5-5. As for Davis, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Sunnyside will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pirates: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
