The St. Charles Cardinals's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Independence 75-29 on the road. The victory was just what St. Charles needed coming off of a 53-33 loss in their prior matchup.
St. Charles' win bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Independence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Charles will be home for the holidays to greet Dublin Coffman at 1:30 p.m. on December 17th. Independence will take on Marion-Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
