Curtis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 45-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Puyallup Vikings. One positive for Curtis, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Curtis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Puyallup, they moved to 1-6 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Curtis will take on Olympia in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Puyallup and Yelm will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
