Clear Creek entered their tilt with Clear Brook on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Wolverines by a score of 4-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-1 last Tuesday.

Clear Creek pushed their record up to 17-8-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Clear Brook, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14-2 record this season.
