The Strathmore Spartans won the last time they faced the Lindsay Cardinals, and things went their way on Friday too. Strathmore snuck past Lindsay with a 14-10 victory.
Jacob Poole got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns.
Strathmore has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Lindsay, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Strathmore will be playing in front of their home fans against Kern Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kern Valley is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Lindsay, they will head out on the road to face off against Fowler at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Fowler will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
