After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Friends' Central, the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 74-47 victory over Shipley. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Springside Chestnut Hill Academy also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Defeat or not, Shipley got some senior leadership from Matt Lange who scored 18 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals and Will Littles, Jr who scored 14 points.
Springside Chestnut Hill Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Shipley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Springside Chestnut Hill Academy will be playing at home against Sankofa Freedom Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shipley, they will head out on the road to face off against Lawrenceville School at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
