The Pearl City Wolves and the Stockton Blackhawks squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but sadly the Pearl City Wolves had to settle for second. They were the victim of a rough 48-26 loss at the hands of the Blackhawks. Pearl City has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Madie Mammoser, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds for Stockton. Mammoser has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Winters, who scored 13 points.
Pearl City has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 18 of their last 20 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-25 record this season. As for Stockton, their victory bumped their record up to 14-16.
Pearl City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Stockton also has no future games currently scheduled.
