The Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors pushed their score all the way to 60 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Renaissance on the road by a decisive 75-60 margin. That's two games in a row now that Hammond Bishop Noll has lost by exactly 15 points.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Amauri Moore, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 rebounds. Moore continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Parks, who scored 19 points.
Hammond Bishop Noll has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season. As for Renaissance, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.
Hammond Bishop Noll will be playing in front of their home fans against Cathedral at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Cathedral's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. Renaissance's road trip will continue as they head out to face Carman-Ainsworth at 4:30 p.m. on January 6th.
