Patrick Macdonald Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is Perkiomen Valley's Patrick Macdonald, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Macdonald rushed for 66 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 161 yards and a touchdown on only 11 passes.
The win (which was Perkiomen Valley's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Macdonald and Perkiomen Valley are taking a road trip to challenge Norristown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Friday, Perkiomen Valley got the W thanks in part to Carter Mccabe playing the best football he has all season. Mccabe picked up 83 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
On the season, Mccabe has caught those 1 touchdown while averaging 28 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 9.43 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 56.29 rushing yards.

Boyertown is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7. Oakes and Boyertown will look to defend their home field on Friday against Spring-Ford at 7:00 p.m.
