Creekside Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joseph Reddick, who scored 27 points along with five rebounds and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reddick has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kelton Teasley, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Creekside Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Furtah Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 16-5.
Creekside Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Cedar Grove at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cedar Grove is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 55.6 points per game. As for Furtah Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Johnson Ferry Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 355th, while Furtah Prep is ranked 93rd).
