Happy Valley took  a  31-point  defeat the last time they faced off against Unicoi County, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The best among them was   Kolby Jones, who rushed for 25 yards and a pair of  scores, and also threw for 164 yards  while completing 83.3% of his passes.  Blaze Rice helped out on the ground, rushing for 100 yards and a  rushing touchdown.
Happy Valley's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Unicoi County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
