Fort Bend Willowridge saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Angel Vasquez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases. Vasquez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Fort Bend Willowridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for La Marque, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-7 record.

While Fort Bend Willowridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
