Fountain Hills's game on Thursday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against the Cicero Prep Academy Centurions as the Fountain Hills Falcons made off with a 4-1 win. Considering the Falcons have won three matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Cicero Prep Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Tyler Griggs (2), JD Manley, and Alec Kimmel.

Fountain Hills has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four games. As for Cicero Prep Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Fountain Hills duke it out with the Scottsdale Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
