Hough proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Myers Park Mustangs. The victory was nothing new for the Huskies as they're now sitting on four straight.

The win got Hough back to even at 6-6. As for Myers Park, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-3.

Looking ahead, Hough will welcome Community School of Davidson at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Myers Park, they will head out on the road to face off against South Mecklenburg at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
