Basketball Recap: Bradshaw Mountain Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Bradshaw Mountain won the last time they faced Lee Williams and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bradshaw Mountain Bears walked away with a 61-49 victory over the Lee Williams Volunteers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bradshaw Mountain to victory, but perhaps none more so than Preston Ranniker, who went 7 for 10 en route to 14 points and six rebounds. What's more, Ranniker also racked up four assists, the most he's had since back in December of 2024. Cam Ranniker was another key player, going 6 of 9 on his way to 16 points.

Bradshaw Mountain was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lee Williams only posted four assists.

Despite the loss, Lee Williams still got an impressive performance from James Coffman, who went 7 for 17 en route to 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Karter McLenna, who posted seven points.

Bradshaw Mountain has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Lee Williams, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Bradshaw Mountain will be playing at home against Mingus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lee Williams, they will head out on the road to challenge Flagstaff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lee Williams is facing Flagstaff at the right time seeing as Flagstaff is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
