The Vista PEAK Prep Bison fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They walked away with a 35-28 win over Far Northeast W on Saturday. This was payback for Vista PEAK Prep, who suffered a 21-20 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Far Northeast W's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Russell Patton, who rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown, and Kencheze Ray who rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown. Kylan Jones made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Vista PEAK Prep's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Far Northeast W, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
Vista PEAK Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Far Northeast W also has no future games currently scheduled.
