Maize South took down Circle 48-19 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Andover and Newton played the most hotly contested game in Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division II this week, with Andover eventually emerging with a 30-27 victory. Cole Gumeringer threw for 28 yards and ran for 115 yards in the win.
Devin Bultmann was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 28 carries, he ran for 143 yards as Goddard lost to Goddard. Collin Nevil also contributed to the rushing game with 124 yards on the ground.
Toshi Hayashi made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Trojans topped the Railroaders. The senior pulled down one interception.
Blake Meier put up the best numbers through the air as Central beat Kapaun Mt. Carmel. He finished with 10 completions for 130 yards and two touchdowns. Meier's favorite target this week was Kolten Holinde, who caught four passes for 54 yards.
Richardson was the best wideout in the league this week as the Tigers fell to the Lions. Richardson racked up two receptions for 77 yards.
On the ground, Goddard's Bultmann has rushed for 798 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Richardson. The Eisenhower star has 24 catches for 487 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Arkansas City takes on Andover. As it stands, the Bulldogs are in third, while Mike Lee's team is in second.
The Jaguars made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,849 from 6,451. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 21-7 victory over the Crusaders last week.
