The Jamestown Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their 11th straight loss. They took a serious blow against St. Stephen's & St. Agnes, falling 185-0. Jamestown was already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
Bryce Gunn had an outrageously good game for St. Stephen's & St. Agnes as he threw for 789 yards and 12 touchdowns while picking up 12.7 yards per attempt. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Pascal, who picked up 358 receiving yards.
Jamestown bumped their record down to 1-11 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 1.3 points per game. As for St. Stephen's & St. Agnes, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7.
