The Aspire Ollin Jaguars pushed their score all the way to 56 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 65-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Downtown Magnets. Aspire Ollin has struggled against the Suns recently, as their game on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Downtown Magnets got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Calvin Viola out in front who scored 24 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Viola has scored all season. Yuri Hernandez was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with four steals.
Aspire Ollin's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Downtown Magnets, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 19-8.
