East Knox entered their tilt with Mt. Gilead on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Indians get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

East Knox's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Mt. Gilead, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6.

Coming up, East Knox will host South Central at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season. As for Mt. Gilead, they will take on Mansfield Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
