Wilmot and Kenosha Bradford are an even 3-3 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Wilmot Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Kenosha Bradford Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Wilmot is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
Last Thursday, Wilmot had to suffer through a rough 82-41 loss at the hands of Beloit Memorial. While losing is never fun, Wilmot can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 323rd, while Beloit Memorial is ranked 70th).
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Kenosha Bradford beat Indian Trail 49-44 on Tuesday.
Wilmot has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Kenosha Bradford, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-9.
Wilmot came up short against Kenosha Bradford when the teams last played back in February of 2022, falling 73-63. Can Wilmot avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
