Central Regional have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge St. John-Vianney on the road on Friday. Central Regional aren't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
Central Regional's six-game streak of losses has finally come to an end. They captured a comfortable 30-14 win over Southern Regional. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (24) and coasted on those for the victory.
Meanwhile, St. John-Vianney had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 9-0 victory over Middletown South.
