Make it 11 blowout wins for the Paraclete Spirits this season. Everything went their way against Rosamond on Saturday as Paraclete made off with a 71-49 win. Winning may never get old, but Paraclete sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Rosamond's loss came despite strong showings from Cameron Gomez and Fabian Robles. Gomez scored 18 points, while Robles scored 17 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gomez has scored all season.
Paraclete is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 matches, which somehow isn't as good as their 22-6 record this season. As for Rosamond, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paraclete's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Valencia has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 269 points over their last four games. As for Rosamond, they will be playing at home against the Broncs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kern Valley is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
