Coalfield won the last time they faced Sunbright, and things went their way on Friday, too. Coalfield put a hurting on Sunbright to the tune of 41-6. The success made it back-to-back wins for Coalfield.
The win bumped Coalfield's record up to 3-1. Sunbright are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Coalfield take on Oakdale at 7:30 PM. As for Sunbright, they will face off against Harriman. Sunbright come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
